What is the cost of a personalised care plan?
Personalised care plans are developed as part of our NDIS Support Coordination service, which is funded through your NDIS plan under Capacity Building. There is no out-of-pocket cost for eligible participants.
Is a personalised care plan funded by the NDIS?
Yes — care plan development is covered under Support Coordination in your NDIS Capacity Building budget.
How long does it take to develop a plan?
We typically complete your initial care plan within 1–2 weeks of your first consultation, depending on the complexity of your needs.
Do you involve my family in the planning process?
Absolutely — we encourage family involvement and can conduct planning sessions in Arabic for families who prefer it.
